Sabato 14 gennaio alla Chiesa di Belvedere di Pistoia si è festeggiato il 13° anniversario della Fondazione Un Raggio di Luce Onlus con il concerto “BUON COMPLEANNO, UN RAGGIO DI LUCE” dei cori di voci bianche "Cino da Pistoia” e “I Grilli Cantanti”.
I bambini e le bambine, diretti dalle insegnanti Cristina Bani e Lucia Innocenti Caramelli, hanno eseguito musiche varie: da canti appositamente scritti per cori di voci bianche, a brani africani fino ad adattamenti in canto di poesie e filastrocche. Musica e canti dei bambini per i bambini più bisognosi del Burkina Faso con un finale del tutto inaspettato: una canzone di buon compleanno per i 13 anni della Fondazione Un Raggio di Luce!
Il concerto ha permesso di raccogliere 250 euro che serviranno per le attività del progetto di prevenzione dell’insorgenza, cronicizzazione e acutizzazione della malnutrizione infantile nel villaggio di Kario in Burkina Faso della Fondazione Un Raggio di Luce Onlus. I fondi sosterranno il regolare svolgimento delle attività con i gruppi di mamme e l’acquisto di tutto il materiale necessario.
Grazie a Don Pietro, parroco della parrocchia di Belvedere, per l‘ospitalità, ai cori di voci bianche dell‘istituto comprensivo statale Cino da Pistoia e della scuola primaria Civinini Arrighi di Pistoia per l‘impegno, alle insegnanti Cristina Bani e Lucia Innocenti Caramelli per la collaborazione e alle famiglie dei bambini e bambine per la sensibilità e disponibilità.
