Pietro è un giovane seguito dal Centro di Salute Mentale di Pistoia. È entrato a far parte della Cooperativa In Cammino dopo un difficilissimo percorso di vita. Adesso gestisce un piccolo orto e, sotto la guida di Marco, ha seminato, trapiantato, fatto crescere zucchine, pomodori, fagiolini ed insalate, toccando con mano la bellezza della natura e sperimentando la disciplina del lavoro che permette una buona produzione e un buon raccolto.
Tutti hanno una responsabilità, piccola o grande, e a ciascuno viene chiesto di mettersi in gioco. Marco, Sauro e tutti gli altri responsabili della Cooperativa stimolano e fanno affiorare le abilità nascoste e specifiche di Pietro, Emanuele, Luca e di tutte le persone che incontrano nel loro cammino. Lavoro e relazioni sono gli ingredienti delle loro giornate alla Cooperativa In Cammino che sosteniamo da oltre dieci anni insieme ad altre organizzazioni e partner locali.
